舒血宁注射液对急性血瘀模型大鼠血液流变学及血栓形成的影响 被引量:16

摘要 目的:研究舒血宁注射液对急性血瘀模型大鼠血液流变学及体内血栓形成各项指标的影响。方法:采用皮下注射盐酸肾上腺素复加冰水浴造成大鼠急性血瘀模型,观察舒血宁注射液对急性血瘀模型大鼠血液流变学指标、血小板聚集及电刺激颈总动脉致体内血栓形成影响。结果:舒血宁注射液能延长血瘀模型大鼠成栓时间和凝血时间(PT、APTT),缩短成栓长度,抗血小板聚集,降低全血黏度及血浆粘度。结论:舒血宁注射液能够改善急性血瘀模型大鼠血液流变学,对抗其体内血栓的形成。 Research the effects of Sbuxuening injection on the indicators of hemorheology and thrombosis in vlvo in acute blood stasis model rat. Methods: By subcutaneous injection of epinephrine hydrochloride and complex with ice water bath to causes acute blood stasis model, observed the effects of Shuxuening injection on hemorheology, platelet aggregation and thrombosis in vivo induced by electrical stimu- lation of the carotid artery in rat model of acute blood. Result: Shuxuening injection could extend the time of into bolt and clotting time ( PT, AFFF) in the blood stasis model, shortened bolt length, anti-platelet aggregation and reduced blood and plasma viscosity. Conclusion: Shuxuening injection can improve the hemorheology of acute blood stasis model and against the thrombosis in the body.
