摘要
摘要：目的：观察手法整复胸腰椎后关节紊乱治疗腰背肌筋膜炎的临床疗效。方法：采用手法整复胸腰椎后关节紊乱治疗，观察治疗前后临床症状、体征变化。结果：患者128例，治疗效果优82例，良37例，差9例，总有效率93％。结论：胸腰椎后关节紊乱是腰背肌筋膜炎一个重要病理改变，手法整复胸腰椎后关节紊乱在临床取得良好疗效。
Abstract：Objective：To observe the clinical effect of the mainpulation of thoracolumbar facet joint disorder in treating back myofascitis. Methods： 128 patients was treated by mainpulation,were observed the changes of clinical symptoms,signs. Result^128 patients, 82 cases were markedly effec- tive, 37 eases were effective, 9 cases were bad effective, the total effective of 93 %. Conclusion： The thoracolumbar facet joint disorder is a major patho- logical change of back myofascitis,and the mainpulation of thoracolumbar facet joint disorder has a good effect.
