摘要
综述近10年来中医外治法治疗腰背肌筋膜炎的临床进展。表明中医外治法对其有明确的疗效。常用的方法有:中药外用、针灸、推拿、拔罐、小针刀等。其中以针灸为主的综合外治法是治疗本病的最主要、最有效的方法。
Summary of the last 10 years, progress of Chinese medicine treatment of lumbar and back myofascitis in external method.Chinese medicine that has a clear effect. Common methods ：external Chinese medicine, acupuncture, massage, cupping, needle knife and so on. Acupuncture to the comprehensive treatment of this disease is the external treatment of the most important, the most effective way.
