摘要
骨缺损修复是临床骨科医师面临的一个难题。虽然骨组织工程的研究为骨缺损修复提供了新的思路,但是在对力学强度要求高的部位,移植物的强度还需提高。大量的体外材料实验研究应用纤维增强的方式来增强生物材料的力学强度,常用的纤维增强材料有高分子纤维、生物陶瓷纤维、金属纤维等。现对常用的纤维增强材料进行综述。
The repairation of bone defect is a challenge facing the clinical orthopedic surgeons.Bone tissue engineering provides a new way of thinking for bone defect repair,however,in some positions,the strength of the graft needs to be improved.Lots of in vitro researches use fibre-reinforcement to enhance the mechanical strength of biological materials.The materials commonly used in fibre-reinforced experiments include polymer fibre,bio-ceramic,and metal fibreetc..Here is to make a review on fibre-reinforced materials in common use.
