摘要
研究了酸浸锌灰回收ZnSO4 ·7H2 O的工艺 ,探讨了酸浓度、温度、pH值、氧化剂对ZnSO4 ·7H2 O回收量及其纯度的影响 ,得出最佳条件 :硫酸浓度 6 0 % ,温度 80℃～ 90℃ ,pH值为 4左右 ,氧化剂用KMnO4 。在上述条件下 ,ZnSO4 ·7H2 O的回收率可达 80 %左右 。
The article studies the process of recovering ZnSO 4·7H 2O from acid submerging Zinc ash.In the meantime,the effect factors to recovery mass and purity,such as acid concentration,centigrade,pH oxidant are discussed.The best conditions decided are:sulphuric acid concentration is 60%,the centigrade is 80℃～90℃,pH is about four,the oxidant used is KMnO 4.Under these anditions,the rate of recovering ZnSO 4·7H 2O is up to about 80%,the purity of product is up to HBII standard.
