电力金具在镀锌过程中,当锋和铁或辞和铁盐反应时而产生所谓的"锌渣";锌锭熔化时和空气中的氧氧化而成的氧化锌而浮在锌液的表面而称为"锌灰"。锌渣和锌灰不但影响镀件的质量,而且浪费贵重的金属锌.介绍"锌渣"、锌灰"生成原因及利用锌灰和锌渣回收锌及合成“锌矾”的实践.
In the process of galvanizing the zinc reacts chemically with iron of ferrous sulphate Producing zinc residue.In the melting of zinc pigs its are oxidated by oxygen in the air to be zinc ash. Those waste.materials not only impair the quality of galvanizing but also spend the rare metal zinc. The mechanism of formatibn of zinc residue and ash and the practice of using those wastes to reclaim zinc and compound zinc sulphate are discribed.
