摘要
用浓硝酸-高氯酸混合溶液对放牧绵羊毛进行消解,采用原子吸收光谱法测定样品中Cu、Zn和Mg 3种微量元素的含量。结果表明:绵羊毛中Cu、Zn和Mg的平均值分别为3.57、118.42和226.98μg/mg,在季节间呈显著差异。该方法快捷、准确,结果可靠。
The wool of grazing sheep was digested by mixture solution of nitric acid-perchloric acid,and the contents of trace elements copper,zinc and magnesium in samples were detected with flame atomic absorption spectroscopy(FAAS).The results showed that the average values of copper, zinc and magnesium were respectively 3.57,118.42μg/mg and 226.98μg/mg,and there was a significant difference in seasons.This method is rapid,accurate and reliable.
