摘要
甘露寡糖作为调节动物肠道菌群有效的添加剂,能改善动物生产状况,提高生产性能,提高动物机体免疫性能,吸附或结合霉菌毒素,在生产中广为应用。文章结合其最新发展现状,从生理功能和畜牧生产中的应用等方面作一综述。
Mannose-oligosaccharides（MOS） can regulate the intestinal microbial group effectively, improve ani-mal production situation and production performance, enhance animals＇ immune function, adsorption or combined with mycotoxin. While working as a new kind of feed additive, it played an important role in livestock and poultry in-dustry. This paper reviewed the physiological function and application in animal production of mannose-oligosac-charities.
