摘要
软硬结合板先期主要应用于宇航和军工产品,后来发展到医疗、工控和高端消费类电子产品。刚挠结合板最为重要的是软硬结合板的窗口制作技术。本文根据软硬结合板的产品叠构,解析软硬结合板的窗口制作技术。主要介绍:通窗制作法、铜箔蚀刻法、填充法、正反控深法、激光切割法。
Rigid-flex PCB was only applied to aeronautics, astronautics and military products previously. Later, it is promoted to medical appliances, industry control and high-end consumer electronic products. The crucial point of the Rigid-flex PCB technology is the window manufacture. Based on the stack-up structure, this paper probes into the window manufacture technology and introduces several manufacture methods as follow: through window method, copper foil etching method, filling up method, pro and con side depth control method, laser cutting method and adhesive resist method.
