摘要
软硬结合板先期主要应用于宇航和军工产品,后来发展到医疗、工控和高端消费类电子产品。刚挠结合板最为重要的是软硬结合板的窗口制作技术。本文根据软硬结合板的产品叠构,解析软硬结合板的窗口制作技术。主要介绍:通窗制作法、铜箔蚀刻法、填充法、正反控深法、激光切割法。
Rigid-flex PCB was only applied to aeronautics, astronautics and military products previously. Later, it is promoted to medical appliances, industry control and high-end consumer electronic products. The crucial point of the Rigid-flex PCB technology is the window manufacture. Based on the stack-up structure, this paper probes into the window manufacture technology and introduces several manufacture methods as follow： through window method, copper foil etching method, filling up method, pro and con side depth control method, laser cutting method and adhesive resist method.
