摘要
目的：探索一种效果持久地矫治重度乳头内陷的方法，以降低重度乳头内陷的复发率，减少因手术造成的乳头乳晕变形。方法：通过直视下充分松解乳头下周围的纤维，采用真皮乳腺组织瓣支撑以使乳头丰满，埋没导引技术的双重作用达到矫治重度乳头内陷的效果。结果：2009年12月～2011年11月采用此方法共治疗83例各型乳头内陷的患者，效果满意，术后切口I期愈合，无乳头血运障碍发生。远期随访乳头的感觉及勃起功能正常，乳头乳晕外形满意，无明显瘢痕。结论：该手术方法矫正重度乳头内陷效果确切，简单易行，大大降低了重度乳头内陷的复发率。
Objective To explore an effective method correcting nipple retraction everlasting so as to reduce the recurrence of severe nipple retraction and nipple deformity caused by surgery. Methods Fibers around nipple were fully released in direct vision. Dermal-breast flap was transferred to support the nipple plump. The buried-guided- suture method was used to correct the nipple retraction. Results Total 83 patients with nipple retraction were corrected with this method from December 2009 to November 2011. All patients obtained satisfactory effect. All incisions healed in I stage. No nipple blood flow obstacle was observed in the patients. Also there was no scar observed around the nipple. Conclusions It is an effective,simple method to correct the severe nipple retraction using buried-guided- suture method. And it also reduced the recurrence of severe nipple retraction significantly.
