摘要
综述了β-葡萄糖苷酶(EC3.2.1.21)的分布、分类、理化性质、催化反应机制、活性测定方法、固定化及应用的国内外研究现状,并分别在其催化反应机制、活性测定方法、固定化和应用等4个方面提出了目前研究急待解决的问题,指出了解决目前存在问题的途径及研究趋势。
In this paper, β-glucosidase distribution, classification, physical and chemical properties, catalytic re- action mechanisms, activity assay method, immobilization and application of research status at home and abroad are summarized,and the current pressing problem is proposed in the catalytic reaction mechanism,activity de- termination methods, immobilization and applications of four aspects. At the same time the paper also points out ways to solve current problems and the research trends.
