摘要
目的:评价大承气汤配合电针法治疗老年患者术后胃瘫综合征的临床疗效。方法:入选的老年患者术后胃瘫病例23例,随机分为治疗组和对照组,两组均采用禁食、胃肠减压等西医常规治疗,治疗组在此基础上联合中药灌胃、电针等治疗。结果:23例术后胃瘫患者,经治疗后均恢复胃肠动力,通过对腹胀感消失时间、肠鸣音恢复时间、胃肠减压引流量、胃瘫恢复时间的观察,治疗组优于对照组,差异有显著性意义(P<0.05)。结论:大承气汤配合电针法治疗老年患者术后胃瘫综合征能有效改善患者术后胃肠功能,值得在临床实践中进一步推广应用。
Objective： To evaluate the efficacy on the treatment of postoperative gastroparesis syndrome （ PGS ） in elderly patients with Dachengqi Decoction and electro-acupuncture （ EA ）. Methods ： 23 elderly patients with PGS were randomly divided into two groups. Two groups both adopted common treatments, sush as fasting, gastrointestinal decompression and so on. On the basis of this, the treatment group combined with traditional medicine. Results： 23 patients both recovered gastrointestinal motility after treatment. By comparing the disappearance time of bloating, the recovery time of bowel sounds, decompression drainage and the recovery time of PGS, the treatment group was superior to the control group, the difference was significant （P〈0.05）. Conclusion： It can effectively improve gastrointestinal function with Dachengqi Decoction and electro-acupuncture to treat PGS in elderly patients and it is worthy of further promotion in clinical practice.
