摘要
目的:观察腹针结合穴位注射对糖尿病胃轻瘫的疗效及对胃泌素、胃动素的影响。方法:将60例糖尿病胃轻瘫的患者随机分为对照组和治疗组,每组30例。两组均给予糖尿病常规治疗,并予口服枸橼酸莫沙必利片;治疗组加用腹针结合穴位注射治疗。观察两组治疗前后临床症状积分、胃排空率、胃泌素、胃动素的变化情况。结果:两组在改善临床症状上均有效,腹针结合穴位注射治疗组改善临床症状的总有效率为93.33%,对照组改善临床症状的总有效率为66.67%,治疗组总有效率明显高于对照组(P<0.05);腹针结合穴位注射治疗组胃排空率的改善较对照组显著提高(P<0.05);两组治疗后胃动素、胃泌素均有明显下降,腹针结合穴位注射治疗组下降较对照组更为显著(P<0.05)。结论:腹针结合穴位注射应用能有效改善胃轻瘫症状,提高胃排空率,疗效较单用西药治疗明显;其作用机制与其抑制胃动素和胃泌素的分泌、加快胃肠道运动密切相关。
Objective： To observe the efficacy of abdominal acupuncture combined with acupoint injection in the treatment of diabetic gastrop- aresis（ DGP） and the effect on motilin and gastrin. Methods： Sixty patients with DGP were divided into a treatment group and a control group at random,with 30 cases in each group. The patients in two groups were given conventional treatment for diabetes with oral Mosapride; the patients in the treatment group were additionally given abdominal acupuncture combined with acupoint injection. The changes of symptom score,gastric emptying rate,serum motilin and gastrin levels of patients in two groups before and after medical treatment were observed. Results： Improvement of clinical symptoms was observed in both groups,and the total effective rate was 93. 33% in the treatment group and 66. 67% in the control group,which had a significant difference（ P 〈0. 05）. Gastric emptying rate was significantly higher in the treatment group than that in the control group（ P 〈0. 05）. Motilin and gastrin levels were reduced after treatment in both groups,and the decrease was more significant in the treatment group（ P 〈0. 05）. Conclusion： Abdominal acupuncture and acupoint injection have reliable curative effects on DGP,and the mechanism is closely related to reducing the motilin and gastrin levels and accelerating the gastrointestinal motility.
