摘要
分别采用溶剂提取法、水蒸气蒸馏法提取栀子花的挥发性成分,将得到的两种栀子花提取物利用GC/MS分离和鉴定其成分及质量分数。其中鲜花净油共鉴定出61个化合物,占总峰面积的92.73%。鲜花精油共鉴定出47个化合物,占总峰面积的97.10%。
The volatile components of Gardenia jasminoides were analyzed quantitatively by GC/MS. 61 VoIatile components in Gardenia absolute were identified and determined, amounting to 92.73% of the total area of peaks. 47 Volatile components in Gardenia essential oil were identified and determined, amounting to 97. 10% of the total area of peaks.
