摘要
采用固相微萃取吸附采集紫藤(Wistariasinensis)花的香气成分,用色谱/质谱联用分析鉴定,并用GC/MS总离子流色谱峰的峰面积进行归一化定量分析紫藤鲜花的香气成分,鉴定出2十一酮21.22%、2壬酮20.09%、3[4,8二甲基3,7壬二烯]呋喃10.32%、2十三酮8.21%、芳樟醇7.5%、β石竹烯6.02%、反式罗勒烯5.41%、草蒿脑4.27%、反式茴香脑3.91%、反,反2,4辛二烯1醇乙酸酯1.65%、α蒎烯氧化物1.32%、2十五酮1.14%、大根香叶烯D1.14%和4丙酮基环庚酮1.11%等32种化合物。固相微萃取气相色谱/质谱法是一种可用于鲜花香气成分分析的简单可行的分析方法。
The headspace constituents released from fresh flowers of wistaria sinensis were investigated by gas chromatography-mass spectrometry.The headspace volatiles were sampled by solid-phase microextraction (SPME).SPME sampling was conducted with 30 μm PDMS fiber at 25±5℃ for 30 min.The fibers were desorbed in a GC injection liner at 250℃ for 5 min.A capillary column (WCOT FUSED SILICA 30 m× 0.25 mm ID COATING CP-SIL 8 CB-LOW BLEED/MS DF=0.25 μm ) was employed in GC/MS analysis.Initial oven temperature was kept at 40℃ for 5 min,then raised to 250℃ at 3℃/min,and kept at 250℃ for 5 min.The chemical constituents were separated and identified by GC/MS.2-Undecanone ( 21.22%),2-nonanone ( 20.09%),furan,3-(4,8-dimethyl-3,7- nonadienyl)- ( 10.32%),2-tridecanone 8.21%),linalool( 7.5%),β-caryophyllene( 6.02%),(E)-ocimene ( 5.41%),estragole( 4.27%),trans-anethol( 3.91%),trans,trans-octa-2,4-dienyl acetate( 1.65%),α-pinene oxide( 1.32%),2-pentadecanone ( 1.14%),germacrene-D ( 1.14%) and 4-acetonylcycloheptanone ( 1.11%)were the most abundant volatiles released from fresh flowers of wistaria sinensis,and a total of 32 volatile compounds were identified.In this study,headspace SPME-GC-MS afforded a simple sampling method for the headspace volatiles released from fresh flowers of wistaria sinensis.
