摘要
目前产业链还未形成统一的概念界定,研究大致可以分为六大类,它们分别采用了不同的研究视角和学科工具,得出的结论也各不相同。为了厘清产业链的本质,应该从偏重微观分析的产业组织角度加以分析。产业链作为一种产业组织模式,它实际上是一种有着特定逻辑关系的中间性网络组织。
At present,a unified concept of industrial chain has not been formed.Researches on the definition of industrial chain can be categorized into six types,and the conclusions vary with the research perspectives and discipline instruments.Among them,the perspective of industry organization emphasizing micro-analysis helps to clarify the nature of industrial chain.Thus,the industrial chain,as a mode of industry organization,is virtually an intermediate network organization with specific logical relation.
