摘要
为了探讨红凤菜紫色素浸提的最优条件,研究吸附树脂对红凤菜紫色素吸附分离的特性,通过采用均匀设计法对提取温度、提取时间和提取水的用量进行优化,建立提取条件与提取率之间的定量关系方程;通过研究吸附树脂对红凤菜紫色素静态吸附动力学和静态解吸实验,分析比较树脂对色素吸附和分离的优劣。研究结果建立了色素提取率与浸提条件的定量关系,比较筛选出吸附树脂NKA-9最适合用于红凤菜紫色素的吸附分离。
In order to investigate the optimal extract condition of Gynura bicolor purple pigment and the characteristics of absorption resins for isolation of the purple pigment,an uniform design was used to arrange the pigment extract tests and analysis the data,and the absorption and desorption characteristics of resins were also investigated. A formula to relate the extract capability with extract temperature,time and water quantity was built. The results showed that resin NKA-9 was the best resin of the resins tested for the pigment isolation as well.
