摘要
研究了不同体系下的大豆分离蛋白、苹果多酚和十二烷基磺酸钠加入量对大豆分离蛋白胶黏剂性能的影响。以纸浆板的胶合强度、大豆分离蛋白胶黏剂的黏度和疏水性为指标,通过单因素试验确定大豆分离蛋白胶黏剂的最佳制作工艺:10 g大豆分离蛋白加入100 mL质量浓度为5 g/100mL的聚乙烯醇溶液中,搅拌均匀后加入1.0 g葡萄糖和0.1 g亚硫酸钠,经过90℃、20 min高温处理,冷却至室温,加入0.8 g的苹果多酚静置2 h,调节pH为8.0,添加0.20 g十二烷基磺酸钠与0.1 g海藻酸钠,搅拌均匀,35℃恒温静置1 h。此条件下得到的大豆分离蛋白胶黏剂的疏水性指数2 676.4,黏度1 683 mPa.s,纸浆板的胶合强度0.77 MPa,粘纸浆板效果较好。
Effects of soybean protein isolate, apple polyphenol and sodium dodecyl sulfonate (SDS) dosage on performance of soybean protein isolate adhesive in different systems were discussed. The adhesive strength of pulp board, viscosity and hydrophobicity of soybean protein isolate adhesive were used as indexes, and the optimum preparation conditions of soybean protein isolate adhesive were determined by single factor experiment as follows:10 g soybean protein isolate was added into 5 g/100 mL of polyvinyl alcohol solution (100 mL volume) , 1.0 g glucose and 0.1 g sodium sulfite were mixed after stirring, high temperature treatment was conducted at 90 ℃ for 20 min, 0.8 g apple polyphenol was added, then placed for 2 h at room temperature, 0.20 g SDS and 0.1 g sodium alginate were added when pH value was 8.0, then placed for 1 h when the temperature was controlled at 35 ℃. Under the optimum conditions, the hydrophobicity, adhesive strength and viscosity were 2 676.4, 0.77 MPa and 1 683 mPa · s, respectively.
