摘要
以脱脂花生粉为原料,利用尿素、环氧氯丙烷联合改性制备花生蛋白黏合剂。通过单因素试验研究尿素浓度、环氧氯丙烷添加量、改性温度、料液比对黏合剂固含量、黏度及干态、湿态胶合强度的影响。研究结果表明:较佳制备工艺为尿素浓度1 mol/L,w(环氧氯丙烷)=6%(相对于黏合剂总质量而言),改性温度50℃,料液比1∶4。在该条件下,胶合板的湿态胶合强度达0.93 MPa,满足国家Ⅱ类胶合板的要求。
The peanut protein adhesive was prepared from defatted peanut powder jointly modified by urea and epichlorohydrin.The effects of urea concentration,epichlorohydrin content,modification temperature and material-liquid ratio on the solid content,viscosity,dry and wet bonding strength of the adhesive were studied by single factor test.The research results showed that the optimum preparation process was as follows:urea concentration 1 mol/L,w(epichlorohydrin)=6%(relative to the total mass of adhesive),modification temperature 50℃,material-liquid ratio 1∶4.Under this condition,the wet bonding strength of plywood reached 0.93 MPa,which met the requirement of plywood class Ⅱ.
