摘要
以技术进步理论、企业成长理论为基础,运用理论建模与数理验证相结合的分析方法,以北京高技术企业为例,对技术进步各构成要素对企业成长的影响进行了实证研究。结果表明:高技术企业的成长,实质上是其技术进步的构建、延伸和强化过程,技术进步各构成要素对高技术企业的成长存在明显正向作用;技术进步构成要素中吸收能力对高技术企业成长贡献值最高,其次是技术创新能力、延展能力,最后是适应能力。
Based on the theory of technology progress and firm growth, through the combination of modeling and mathematical trial, this paper takes Beijing high - tech firms as the researching object, investigating the effect of technological progress major factors on the growth of high - tech companies. The outcome reveals that the essence of high - tech firm growth lies in the formulation, extension and consolidation of technology progress, and that various factors of technological progress demonstrate obvious positive impacts on the growth of high - tech firms, and the absorptive capacity playing the biggest part in the growth of high - tech firms, followed by technology innovation, extension and adaptation capacities.
