摘要
基于非线性有限元软件 MARC,提出过盈配合应力的动态和静态两种有限元分析方法 ,并以铁道车辆某高速轮对组装的过盈装配为例进行了有限元仿真计算 ,比较了两种方法的计算结果 ,分析了过盈量、摩擦系数、形状误差对装配应力的影响 。
Based on the Nonlinear FEA software MARC,the dynamic and static methods are put forward in this paper to simulate the contact stress on the interference fitting surfaces,the methods are applied to study the contact stress of a high speed wheelset,the results are compared with each other,and the influence of fit tolerance、friction factor and shape error is discussed in detail.the results play a referenced role in deciding the proper fit tolerance and improving manufactural technology.
