摘要 采用X射线衍射、透射电镜观察研究了Fe-17Mn-5Si-10Cr-5Ni形状记忆合金不同变形条件下的应力诱发ε马氏体相变及其形状记忆效应。研究表明,停载时间为0~10 min时,试验合金形状恢复率随停载时间的增加而迅速增大,停载时间超过10min时,虽然应力诱发ε马氏体量增多,但形状恢复率却减小,造成这一现象的原因是应力诱发ε马氏体的稳定化。合金试样停载10 min可以有效地提高合金的形状记忆恢复率。 Stress induced ε-martensite transformation and shape memory effect in a Fe-17Mn-SSi-10Cr-SNi shape memory alloy with different deformations conditions were studied by XRD analysis and TEM observation. The results show that the shape recovery ratio rapidly increases when the suspending loading time is in the range of 0-10 min, but when the suspending loading time is above 10 min the amount of the stress induced martensite increases and the shape recovery ratio decreases with the increasing of suspending loading time. This is owing to the stabilization of the stress induced ε-martensite. Suspending loading for 10 rain can effective improves the shape recovery ratio of Fe-Mn-Si alloy.
