摘要
研究了Fe-Mn-Si合金和Fe-Mn-Si-Cr-Ni合金的记忆性能—回复率和回复力.结果表明:Cr,Ni元素明显提高回复率和回复力.两种合金的回复率随淬火温度升高而增大,在700~800℃达到最大值,以后随淬火加热温度进一步升高而降低.回复率随预变形量增加而降低.在预变形—加热回复的循环过程中,回复率发生降低,30次后趋于稳定.预变形量小于2%时,回复力随预变形量增加而增大;预变形量大于2%后。
This paper deals with the memory properties of Fe-Mn-Si shape memory alloy and Fe-Mn-Si-Cr-Ni shape memory alloy. The results show that: the addition of Cr and Ni increased shape recovery ratio and recovery stress remarkably in Fe-Mn-Si shape memory alloy. The recovery ratio of the tested alloy increased as quenching temperature increased, and reached maximum at 700 ℃~800 ℃, then decreased with further increase in quenching temperature. The recovery capability degraded during the cycles of pre-deformation-recovery and stabilized after 30 cycles. The recovery stress increased as pre-strain increased. When the pre-strain was greater than 2%, the recovery stress increased slightly.
