摘要
本文讨论了麦饭石在骨折愈合过程中对胶原和钙含量的影响。24只家兔经双桡骨人工骨折后,随机分甩药、对照两组,用药组每天喂麦饭石水溶液5ml,对照组每天喂生理盐水5ml,分别在5、9、13、17、21、30天宰杀。取出双桡骨中段缺损部的全部骨痂,测定胶原和钙的含量,结果表明用药组胶原含量呈抛物状上升,钙含量呈直线上升,明显高于对照组(P<0.01)。实验说明麦饭石有利于胶原形成与钙盐沉积,提示麦饭石有促进骨折愈合作用。
The affect of China menical stone(CMS)on the collagen and calcium content in healing of frac- ture is discussed、Twenty-four rabbits after artificial fracture on both radius were divided into two groups. The treating group was fed with CMS Solution 5ml each day,and the contrelled group with 5ml of physiolog- ical saline solution each day.They were all killed in the 5th,9th,13th,17th,21st,and 30th day ayter experi- ment,The total callus of micldle defect section of both radius was taken out and the collagen and calcium contents were determined.The results showed that in the trealing group,the collagen content was parabolical- ly rising and the calcium content was rising like a straight line.They were all markedly higher than that of controlls(p<0.01),It is indicated that CMS is fovoarable to the collagen formation and calcium deposition, suggesting the promotion of fracture healing.
