摘要
阐述了基于ARM9微处理器S3C2410和专用运动控制芯片MCX314As的多轴嵌入式运动控制器设计方案。详细介绍了运动控制器的硬件结构与主要功能,阐述了两片MCX314As实现多轴联动的方案,基于实时Linux系统建立了运动控制器的软件平台,设计了运动控制的函数库。该运动控制器具有体积小、功耗低、成本低和精度高的优点。
Design of the multi-axis embedded motion controller based on ARM9 and MCX314As is introduced. The hardware structure and main function of this controller is described in detail, and the method of multi axis simultaneous is also introduced. The software platform and function library is designed based on RT-Linux. This controller has the advantages of small size, low power, low cost and high accuracy.
