摘要
目的保障中小学生在"小饭桌"的就餐安全。方法结合太原市迎泽区"小饭桌"存在的问题,探讨"小饭桌"监管的科学、合理模式。结果与结论应采取登记备案制度﹑现场检查验收﹑从业人员体检﹑强化专项检查等措施,切实加强对"小饭桌"的监管。
Objective To ensure the safety of ＂special diet meals＂ of middle and primary school. Methods Based on the present situation of ＂special diet meals＂ of middle and primary school in YingZe District, we have explored the scientific and reasonable regulatory mode on ＂special diet meals＂ of middle and primary school. Results and Conclusion We should take measures of registration system, inspection and acceptance on the spot, practitioners examination, enhancing special inspection in order to strengthen the supervision and inspection for the safety of ＂special diet meals＂
