摘要
[目的]观察木丹颗粒联合西药治疗2型糖尿病周围神经病变疗效。[方法]使用随机平行对照方法,对148例2型糖神尿病周围神经病变住院患者按随机数字表法分两组。在使用胰岛素等西药常规控制血糖及常规控制血压药物控制血压的同时,治疗组82例木丹颗粒,7g/次,3次/d,饭后0.5～1h口服。对照组66例甲钴胺0.5mg/次,3次/d,饭后0.5～1h口服。两组均连续56d为1疗程。观察四肢运动神经传导速度、感觉神经传导速度及临床症状变化。治疗1疗程(56d)判定疗效。[结果]四肢运动神经传导速度、感觉神经传导速度及临床症状两组均有改善,治疗组优于对照组(P<0.01);临床疗效治疗组优于对照组(P<0.05,P<0.01)。[结论]木丹颗粒联合西药治疗2型糖尿病周围神经病变,安全有效,无明显副作用,值得推广应用。

[ Conclusion] Mudan granule combined with western medicine in treatment of type 2 diabetes peripheral neuropathy, safe and effective, no obvious side effects, it is worthy of popularization and application.
