木丹颗粒联合胰岛素对糖尿病周围神经病变患者神经传导速度的影响 被引量:10

Impact of Mudan Granule(木丹颗粒)plus Insulin on Nerve Conduction Velocity of Diabetic Peripheral Neuropathy Patients

摘要 目的探讨木丹颗粒联合胰岛素对糖尿病周围神经病变(DPN)患者神经传导速度的影响。方法研究纳入DPN患者70例,研究开展时间为2020年1月—2020年10月。采用随机数字表法将70例患者分为对照组和研究组,各35例,两组患者均给予基础治疗,其中对照组在此基础上给予患者甘精胰岛素治疗,而研究组在对照组基础上联合木丹颗粒治疗,对比两组临床治疗效果,并采用专业仪器由同一名医师调查两组治疗前后血糖、血脂水平以及神经传导速度变化,调查两组不良反应发生率。结果研究组总有效率明显高于对照组,差异显著(P<0.05);两组治疗前血糖和血脂指标对比无明显差异(P>0.05);治疗后,研究组运动神经传导速度(MNCV)、感觉神经传导速度(SNCV)、空腹血糖(FPG)、糖化血红蛋白(HbA1c)、甘油三酯(TG)、总胆固醇(TC)、高密度脂蛋白胆固醇(HDL-C)和低密度脂蛋白胆固醇(LDL-C)水平均低于对照组,HDL-C高于对照组,差异显著(P<0.05),用药前,两组神经传导指标比较无明显差异(P>0.05);用药后,研究组腓总神经、正中神经各自MNCV、SNCV水平均高于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05);两组不良反应发生率比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论木丹颗粒联合甘精胰岛素治疗糖尿病周围神经病变患者可以有效控制其血糖、血脂水平,稳定其病情,在加速患者感觉和运动神经传导速度的同时,提高其临床治疗效果,应用前景广阔。 Objective To discuss the impact of Mudan Granule(木丹颗粒)plus insulin on the nerve conduction velocity of diabetic peripheral neuropathy(DPN)patients.Methods Seventy DPN patients(from Jan.2020 to Oct.2020)were assigned to control group(35 cases)and study group(35 cases)according to random number table.Based on the routine treatment,the control group took insulin glargine while the study group took insulin glargine and Mudan Granule.Clinical effects,blood glucose,blood lipid,nerve conduction velocity and adverse event rate were surveyed.Results The total effective treatment rate in the study group was significantly higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).Before treatment,levels of blood glucose and blood lipid between groups were not significantly different(P>0.05).After treatment,levels of HbA1c(glycosylated hemoglobin),FPG(fasting plasma glucose),TG(triglyceride),TC(total cholesterol)and LDL-C(low-density lipoprotein-cholesterol)in the study group were significantly lower than those of the control group.HDL-C(high-density lipoprotein-cholesterol)levels were significantly higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).Before treatment,the nerve conduction velocity between groups was not significantly different(P>0.05).After treatment,MNCV(motor nerve conduction velocity)and SNCV(sensory nerve conduction velocity)of common peroneal nerve and median nerve in the study group were significantly higher than those of the control group(P<0.05).The adverse event rate between groups was not significantly different(P>0.05).Conclusion Mudan Granule combined with insulin glargine can effectively control the blood glucose,blood lipid and illness states,and improve the motor and sensory nerve conduction velocity for DPN patients.It is much promising in clinical treatment.
