摘要
目的:研究关木通(AristolochiamanshuriensisKom)的化学成分及其生物活性。方法:用色谱法和光谱解析方法对关木通乙酸乙酯和甲醇提取物化学成分进行分离和结构鉴定。结果:共得7个马兜铃菲类化合物:马兜铃次酸Ⅱ(1),马兜铃酸Ⅰ(2)、Ⅱ(3)、Ⅳ(4)、Ⅲa(5)、Ⅳa(6),马兜铃内酰胺Ⅲa(7)。结论:化合物1为新的天然产物,化合物7为首次从关木通中获得。
Objective: To study the chemical constituents from stems of the Aristolochia manshuriensis Kom. Methods: Phenanthrene derivatives were isolated and identified by the repeated chromatographies and spectral analyses. Results: Seven phenanthrene derivatives were obtained from ethyl acetate and methanol fractions as aristolic acid Ⅱ, aristolochic acids Ⅰ, Ⅱ, Ⅳ, Ⅲa, Ⅳa and aristololactam Ⅲa. Conclusion: Aristolic acid Ⅱ was a new natural product, and aristololactam Ⅲa was obtained from this species for the first time.
