摘要
以柳州市双拥大桥钢梁的架设为背景,阐述大型钢箱梁多点递进式柔性顶推技术。主要介绍钢箱梁结构形式的顶推施工方案及主要辅助设施和设备,并对顶推施工技术、纠偏技术及质量控制措施进行阐述。经顶推受力分析,多点递进柔性技术能够满足钢箱梁的架设。该技术解决了采用缆索吊方案中缆索吊机无法安装在单主缆上吊升钢箱梁的施工难题,并具有施工机械设备投入少,拼装平台施工有效地降低了安全风险等特点,对类似工程有一定的借鉴意义。
The multi-points progressive flexible jacking technology of the large-scale steel box girder were introduced in the background of the erection of Shuangyong Bridge in Liuzhou. It focused on the jacking construction scheme of the steel box girder structural style and main auxiliary facilities and equipments, and described the jacking construction technology, rectification technology and quality control measures. By mechanical analysis, the multi- points progressive flexible jacking construction technology can meet the erection of the steel box beam . The technology can solve the problem which is hard to installing steel box girders in the cable erecting construction way, when the cable erecting construction way is adopted. And it is advantageous of mechanical equipment construction technology less inputting and assembly platform construction reducing the safety risk, ete , which has significance of reference for similar engineering.
