摘要
研究了萤石和金云母纯矿物、混合矿和实际矿石的浮选行为。纯矿物浮选试验结果表明:在中性至弱碱性条件下,油酸钠能很好地浮选萤石,而对金云母几乎不浮;混入难免金属离子Fe3+和Al3+后,萤石被抑制而金云母被活化,采用碳酸钠和硫化钠作为调整剂,可以改善萤石与金云母的浮选分离。当pH值为10.0、硫化钠和油酸钠的浓度分别为2.0×10-3mol/L和3.0×10-5mol/L时,能较好地分离萤石和金云母的人工混矿;对含萤石22.27%、金云母75%的实际矿石,采用药剂制度为Na2CO310.00 kg/t、Na2S 20.00 kg/t、油酸钠0.13 kg/t,进行1段粗选得到萤石粗精矿含CaF255.40%、回收率为88.01%。
The flotation behaviors of pure,articficial mixed minerals and real ores of fluorite and phlogopite were studied.Pure minerals tests showed that fluorite was collected well by sodium oleate while phlogopite was hardly floated in the neutral and weak alkaline pulps;that fluorite was depressed while phlogopite was activated due to the presence of Fe3+ and Al3+ in the pulp;and that the detrimental effect of the metallic ions on separation between fluorite and phlogopite was eliminated using sodium carbonate and sodium sulfide as regulators.When the dosages of Na2S and sodium oleate were 2.0×10-3mol/L and 3.0×10-5mol/L respectively,the artificially mixed minerals of fluorite and phlogopite were separated well at the pH value of 10.0.The real ore contained 22.27% fluorite and 75.00% phlogopite when treated by reagents of Na2CO310.00 kg/t,Na2S 20.00 kg/t and sodium oleate 0.13 kg/t in one step flotation,and the fluorite concentrate with the content of CaF255.40% and CaF2recovery of 88.01% was obtained.
