摘要
萤石与重晶石的可浮性相近,浮选分离中要求捕收剂具有良好的选择性。试验研究表明,单独使用油酸钠、氧化石腊皂、石油磺酸钠或氮烷基丙撑二胺不能使萤石与重晶石有效分离。而氧化石腊皂与二胺按一定比例混合使用,在萤石与重晶石分离中表现出良好的选择性。红外光谱和光电子能谱分析表明,混合捕收剂仅在萤石表面发生特性吸附,这正是其选择性的来源所在。
Since fluorite and barite have a similar flotability,collectors for flotation sepa-ration of them must have good selectivity. The tests show that it is difficuIt to separate effec-tively fluorite from barite by separate use of sodium oleate,oxidized prarffin wax soap, sodi-um petroleum sulfonate or N-alkyItrimthylene diamine,and the combined use of oxidizedparaffin wax soap and N-alkyltrimethylene diamine in an appropriate ratio can achieve goodselectivity for fluorite and barite,From the analysis of infared spectra and photoelectronicenergy spectra,it can be found that the specific adsorption of the combined collector on thesurfaces of fluorite results exactly from its good selectivity.
