摘要
分析了项目的多元化成功标准、项目绩效及项目成功标准与项目绩效间的互为先导的关系;提出了大型工程建设期管理链概念、理论模型;论证项目管理的行为绩效和结果绩效的内涵,建立了两者间的数学关系模型,构筑起大型工程建设期管理链绩效即单元绩效、管理链增值绩效的概念结构。
The standard of project success, project performance and relationship between them are analyzed. The conception of the management chain about large engineering projects in the construction period and model of theory are put forward. Behavior and result performance of project management is analyzed, and mathematics model is provided. Conception structure of management chain performance of large engineering projects is construted.
