摘要
津秦客运专线跨越京山铁路采用7×16 m预应力连续箱梁跨越,跨越方案为连续梁+框架墩,施工方法为顶推施工。为减少临时设施,施工中不施加临时预应力。考虑日照影响,分析了在顶推过程中主梁的应力和变形情况,并确定了最不利位置。考虑沉降影响,分析了最不利位置的主梁抗裂安全性。通过上述分析提出了小跨度连续梁无临时钢束顶推施工相关注意事项。
The 7×16 meters prestressed continuous box girder in Tianjin-Qinhuangdao Passenger Dedicated Railway is designed in order to span the existing Beijing-Shanhaiguan Railway. The continuous girder is designed with support of frame piers, which is to be constructed with incremental launching method. For the reduction of temporary equipments, no prestressed steel bar is applied during construction. Taking into account the influence of sunshine temperature, the stress and deformation of the girder during the launching are analyzed, additionally the severe location of launching is obtained. Then taking into account the influence of settlement, the safety against crack of the girder at the severe location is analyzed. Some notes are proposed herein for the incremental launching method of short span continuous girder without temporary prestressed steel bar.
