摘要
在 HOAc- Na OAc缓冲液和氟化钠存在下 ,Co( )对过氧化氢氧化中性红的反应有较强的负催化作用 ,利用此性质建立了负催化动力学测定痕量钴的方法。方法线性范围为 0 .0 32～4 .0 0 0 ng· ml- 1 ,用于人发中钴的测定 ,结果满意。
A new negative catalytic kinetic spectrophotometric method for the determination of trace cobalt was proposed in this paper. The method is based on the negative catalytic effect of cobalt(Ⅱ) on the oxidation of neutral red by hydrogen peroxide in a medium of HOAc NaOAc and NaF. The linear range is found to be 0.032~4.000ng·ml -1 . It has been applied to the determination of cobalt in hair with satisfactory results.
