摘要 基于在氢氧化钠介质中,钴(Ⅱ)催化过氧化氢氧化5-溴水杨基荧光酮褪色的反应,建立了催化动力学光度法测定痕量钻的新方法。方法检出限为1.1×10-10g/L,线性范围为2.5~80ng,已成功地用于维生素B12、人发及菜叶中痕量钴的测定。 A catalytic spectrophotometric method for the determination of trace amount of Co(Ⅱ) has been developed. The method is based on the catalytic effect of Co(Ⅱ) on the oxidation of 5-bromosalicylfluorone with hydrogen peroxide in a basic medium. Vitamin C is used to stop the reaction. The reagent concentration and interfering ions on reaction rate have been studied. At 25℃, the linear range of determination is 2. 5~80 ng/L for cobalt. The detection limit is 1.1×10-10 g/L. The relative standard deviation is 2. 8%. The apparant activation energy of catalytic reaction is 60. 38 kJ/mol. The method has been used to determine trace cobalt in vitamin B12,human hair and tea with satisfactory results.
