摘要
以~3H-硫氮酮受体结合分析法为指标,从中药莲子心Nelumbo nucifera Gaertn中分离得到五个生物碱单体,经光谱分析鉴定其结构为甲基莲心碱(neferine)、莲心碱(liensinine)、异莲心碱(isoliensinine)、S-N-甲基异乌药碱(S-N-methyl isococlaurine)及dl-杏黄罂粟碱(dl-armepavine),后二个化合物首次从莲子心中分离,钙拮抗活性:甲基莲心碱IC_(50)1.1×10^(-7) mol/L,莲心碱2.6×10^(-7)mol/L,S-N-甲基异乌药碱2.9×10^(-8)mol/L。
Five alkaloids were isolated from embryo of the seed of Nelumbo nucifera Gaertn. They are ne-ferine, liensinitie, S-N-methylisococlaurine and dl-armepavine. Isolated compounds show calcium antagonistic activity in the (3H) diltiazem receptor binding assay. The IC50 of neferine, liensinine and S-N -methylisococlaurine are 1. 1 × 10 7mol/L, 2.6 × 10-7mol/L, 2.9 × 10-8mol/L respectively.
