摘要
目的 观察汝州矿泉浴对类风湿性关节炎患者临床指标的影响 ,从而探讨汝州矿泉浴治疗类风湿性关节炎的原理。方法 1 71例患者属亚急性期、慢性期、绥解期 ,分别为 50例、54例、67例 ,采用汝州矿泉浴疗 ,每次 1 0～ 1 5分钟 ,每日 1次 ,2 0次为 1个疗程 ,3个疗程后对治疗前后的症状和理化指标进行对比。结果 经治疗后患者关节疼痛、肿胀、压痛、关节功能障碍、晨僵时间、双手握力 ,2 0m步行时间、ESR、RF、CRP、免疫球蛋白、补体C3均有改善。结论 汝州矿泉浴可使类风湿性关节炎患者症状和体征及理化指标改善 ,有利于类风湿性关节炎病人的康复。
Objective Observed the effect of Ruzhou mineral spring bath on chinical index of RA. furtherly to approach the principle of treat RA of Ruzhou mineral spring bath. Methods 171 cases of RA were part of inferior acute stage. Chronic stage. mitigate stage, every stage were 50 cases, 54 cases, 67 cases separtely. They were adopted Ruzhou mineral spring bath, 10～15 minutes a day,20 days a course of treatment. After three courses observe the different of symptom. physical and chemical targets in the different time. Results After treatment the RA patient's jaint pain,swelling, tenderness, functional clisorder, morning stiffness,grip. the walk time of 20m. ESR RF CRP immunoglobulin complement C 3 hare been improved. Conclusion Ruzhou mineral spring bath can improve RA patient's sympton physical and chemical targets,itis the effective methods that applicate natural curative factors to medical RA.
