摘要
研究了铜精矿湿法除砷、除砷浸出液循环利用和浸出液固砷。结果表明:采用湿法工艺可以较好地脱除铜精矿中的砷,砷脱除率达97.51%;只要浸出液中S2-浓度保持足够高,除砷浸出液循环利用就不影响砷的脱除,浸出渣中的砷质量分数可降低到0.50%以下,但是硫化钠耗量较大;除砷浸出液采用常压氧化—铁盐固砷工艺,固砷率为30.80%。
Removing of arsenic from copper concentrate by hydrometallurgical process, recycling and arsenicstabilization of leaching solution has been carried out. Results show that the hydrometallurgical process is a effective method to remove arsenic from copper concentrate, the arsenic removal rate reachs 97.51%. As long as sodium sulfide in leaching solution is sufficient, the arsenic removal rate will not decrease when recycling the leaching solution. The arsenic content in residue remains below 0. 50 %,but the consumption of sodium sulfide is large. The arsenic stabilization rate of atmospheric oxidation technology is 30.80 %.
