摘要
研究了以HNO3和NO2为氧化剂硫酸浸出硫化锌矿的过程。指出Zn2-、Fe2-、Fe3-等通过硫膜层的扩散是整个过程的控制步骤。并用正交试验的方法对矿粉粒度、酸浓度、酸耗量、浸出温度和时间等因素对浸出率的影响进行了详细的考察,获得了较优的浸出工艺条件;在此条件下锌浸出率达95%以上。
The oxidative leaching process of zinc Sulfide by HNO, or NO, in sulphuric acid solution was studied. The factors which affect the process were illvestigatecl in detail and the orthogonal tests were carried out to obtain the optimum leaching conditions tinder which the leaching yield of zinc is up to 97. 63%.
