摘要
很多图书馆存有大量纸质书刊报资料或未经信息化手段处理的网络文献,因而处于沉睡、分散、孤立、无人问津的状态。在网络环境下,需要重视边缘化"弱势信息"资源的开发与利用。
There＇ve been a large amount of documents in library,which are dormant,scattered,isolated and not used.Therefore,it is very critical to develop and utilize the＂ vulnerable information＂ resources which are marginalized in collection building in the network environment.We need to pay attention to developing and utilizing the ＂vulnerable information＂ resources in library.
