摘要
目的探讨臂踝脉搏波传导速度(baPWV)对2型糖尿病大血管病变早期诊断价值。方法 135例2型糖尿病患者,其中无大血管病变组64例,有大血管病变组71例,采用全自动动脉硬化检测仪测量两组患者baPWV及相关生化指标。结果大血管病变组的baPWV为(1 826.3±369.0)cm/s,明显快于无大血管病变组的(1 602.7±360.3)cm/s(P<0.01);baPWV与年龄、血压、血糖、C肽等血管病变危险因素呈正相关(P<0.05)。结论 baPWV与2型糖尿病大血管病变相关,对2型糖尿病大血管病变的早期诊断具有重要参考价值。
Objective To investigate the value of brachial-ankle pulse wave velocity(baPWV) in the early diagnosis of type 2 diabetic macroangiopathy.Methods One hundred and thirty-five patients with type 2 diabetes were divided into two groups:64 diabetic patients without macroangiopathy(macroangiopathy group) and 71 diabetic patients with macroangiopathy(non-macroangiopathy group).Meantime baPWV and biochemical indicators were examined.Results Patients in macroangiopathy group showed higher baPWV than that in non-macroangiopathy group[(1 826.3±369.0)cm/s vs(1602.7±360.3)cm/s,P0.01].baPWV was positively correlated with macroangiopathy risk factors such as age,blood pressure,blood glucose and C-peptide(P0.05).Conclusion baPWV is significantly correlated with type 2 diabetic macroangiopathy,which is of important value for the early diagnosis of type 2 diabetic macroangiopathy.
