摘要
目的观察防己茯芩汤加味治疗下肢深静脉血栓形成后遗症的临床疗效及作用机制。方法将120例下肢深静脉血栓形成后遗症患者随机分为2组,治疗组64例予防己茯苓汤加味治疗,对照组56例予迈之灵片口服治疗。2组均1个月为1个疗程,1个疗程后统计临床疗效及治疗前后肢体周径、血液流变学等指标的变化。结果治疗组总有效率为93.7%,对照组总有效率为76.8%,2组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.01),治疗组疗效优于对照组。2组治疗后下肢周径差与本组治疗前比较差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05);2组治疗后下肢周径差比较差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05),治疗组消肿效果优于对照组。2组治疗后纤维蛋白原、血浆黏度及全血高切黏度较本组治疗前均降低(P<0.01)。结论防己茯芩汤加味治疗下肢深静脉血栓后遗症疗效确切。
Objective To observe the clinical efficacy and mechanism of Tetrandra and Poria decoction on the treatment of limbs deep vein thrombosis sequelae.Methods 120 patients with were randomly divided into two groups.Patients in treatment group（n=64） were treated by Tetrandra and Poria decoction.Control group received oral treatment of Maizhiling tablet.The course was a month in two groups.Clinical efficacy,changes of perimeter of both legs and hemorheology indicators were observed after a course.Results The total effective rate in trial group（93.7%） was higher than that in control group（76.8%,P0.01）.There was significant difference between before and after treatment on the difference of perimeter of both legs in two groups（P0.01）.There was significant difference between two groups on the difference of perimeter of both legs after treatment（P0.01）.The effect of detumescence in treatment group was superior to that in control group（P0.01）.Conclusion Tetrandra and Poria decoction has definite effect on the treatment of limbs deep vein thrombosis sequelae.
