简单介绍了汽车零部件粉末喷涂工艺、设备。研究了铸件粉末涂装工艺方法，对铸件喷粉过程中出现的问题进行了分析讨论，提出了解决的方法。
The powder coating process and facility for auto parts is briefly described. The powder coating process for casting parts and problems during powder spray were discussed. Some countermeasures were proposed.
