摘要
研究了大掺量固硫灰对复合胶凝材料净浆基本性能的影响及用其制备高性能混凝土的可行性。结果表明:混凝土制备过程中掺加30%固硫灰可配制成C30~C50混凝土。其工作性及后期性能均达到了国家标准。其中H4试样的扩散系数Deff为3.35×10-8cm2/s,完全满足工程中钢筋混凝土的应用范围。
The effect of large volume sulfur ash on the basic properties of composite cement material paste and the feasibility of preparation of high performance concrete were studied. The results showed that: C30-C50 concrete mixed with 30% sulfur ash could be prepared, whose workability and the later performance had achieved national standards. And the Deft of H4 had achieved 3.35 × 10^-8 cm^2/s, fully meeting the demand of reinforced concrete application scope.
