响应面法优化藕节鞣质提取工艺研究 被引量:6

Optimization of Extraction of Tannins from Nodes of Lotus Root by Response Surface Methodology

摘要 采在乙醇体积分数、提取时间、提取次数、液料比、提取温度和pH值6个单因素试验的基础上,利用响应面分析法,以鞣质提取率为评价指标,对藕节鞣质提取的工艺条件进行了优化。结果表明,最佳提取条件为:提取时间6.03h,液料比11.2∶1(mL∶g),乙醇体积分数50%,pH值6.6。在此优化条件下,得到的鞣质提取率为0.0133%,与理论值0.0134971%基本相符。响应面模型与实际情况拟合良好,能较好地预测藕节中鞣质的提取得率。 The extraction conditions of tannins from nodes of lotus root were optimized by response surface analysis(RSA).Extraction time,liquid to material ratio,ethanol volume fraction and pH were selected as factors based on single-factor test and a four-factor-five-level experiment design had been developed by the method of Central Composite Design.The optimal extraction conditions were: extraction time 6.03h,liquid to material ratio 11.2∶1(mL∶g),ethanol volume fraction 50%,pH 6.6.Under the optimum conditions,the tannins yield was 0.0133%,which was close to the estimated value 0.0134971% attained from regression model.This model could be used to predict the experiment results well.
