摘要
医院管理领域专门性人才的培养质量直接影响医疗机构和卫生事业的发展。文章从医院管理人才的素质要求出发,从知识结构、实践能力、科研水平以及人文素质等方面对当前医学院校医院管理专业研究生培养中存在的问题进行分析、探讨。
The quality of specialized talents in the field of hospital management directly impact the development of medical institutions and health services.This article starts from the quality of hospital management personnel to analyze the problems in the culture of the medical college hospital management graduate,explore from the structure of knowledge,practical ability,level of scientific research and humanistic quality.
