摘要
高职院校青年教师在成长发展过程中不稳定的心理状态影响制约了学校师资队伍建设进程,在青年教师成长的不同阶段,利用心理契约对其实行心理干预,实施柔性化管理,促进其个体成长发展与学校发展和谐统一。
The unstable psychology of vocational young teachers constraints the construction process of teachers group in the process of growth and development,using psychological contract to carry out psychological intervention at different growth stages of young teachers,implementing flexible management,promoting harmony of individual growth and development and the school development.
