摘要
[目的]研究曝气生物滤池处理城市污水的效果。[方法]采用曝气生物滤池工艺建成雅山污水处理厂,设曝气沉砂池1组,初沉池2座,曝气生物滤池3座,气浮池3座,对该厂进出水中的CODCr、SS、氨氮、总氮、总磷等指标进行监测,并分析污水处理效果不达标的原因。[结果]CODCr的进水平均浓度为650 mg/L,出水平均值400 mg/L,平均去除率为40%;SS的进水平均值是250 mg/L,出水的平均值是230 mg/L,去除率为6%;氨氮的进水平均值为58 mg/L,出水的平均值为50 mg/L,去除率为14%。总氮的进水平均值为63mg/L,出水平均值为56 mg/L,去除率为11%。总磷的进水平均值为9 mg/L,出水平均值为5 mg/L,去除率为44%。[结论]CODCr、SS、氨氮等的去除没有达到排放标准,主要是因水力停留时间短、没有反冲洗装置、不能连续生产等因素所造成的。
[Objective] The study aimed to investigate the effect of the urban wastewater treatment by the biological aerated filter.[Method] The Yashan sewage treatment plant was built by using the biological aerated filter technology,in which,2 saeration grit chamber,2 primary clarifiers,3 biological aerated filters and 3 floataion tanks were set up.The indexes such as CODCr,SS,ammonia nitrogen,total nitrogen,total phosphorus in the water inlet and outlet of the plant were monitored and the reasons that the sewage treatment effect was below the standard.[Result] As for CODCr,the mean concn.of water linlet was 650 mg/L,that of water outlet was 400 mg/L and the mean removel rate was 40%;as for SS,the mean value of water linlet was 250 mg/L,that of water outlet was 230 mg/L and the mean removel rate was 6 %;as for ammonia nitrogen,the mean value of water linlet was 58 mg/L,that of water outlet was 50 mg/L and the mean removel rate was 14%;as for total nitrogen,the mean value of water linlet was 63 mg/L,that of water outlet was 56 mg/L and the mean removel rate was 11%;as for total phosphorus,the mean value of water linlet was 9 mg/L,that of water outlet was 5 mg/L and the mean removel rate was 44 %.[Conclusion] The removel rate of CODCr,SS,ammonia nitrogen etc.couldn't reach the discharge standard.The main reasons included that the waterpower didin't stay long enough;the back washing machine was not equipped;the production can't be continued and so on.
