摘要
[目的]研究一种染料废水的处理新工艺.[方法]针对染料废水现有处理工艺中存在污泥排放量大,盐度高的问题,采用浓缩、中和、吸附、脱色、浓缩结晶、离心分离的方法将废水中的硫酸制备成硫酸铵,同时采用曝气生物滤池法处理浓缩过程中的蒸馏出水.[结果]母液水经新工艺处理后,平均COD由原来的10557 mg/L下降至1123 mg/L,平均去除率为89.62%.经新工艺处理后得到的硫酸铵晶体平均氮含量为21.05%,达到国家标准一等品要求.蒸馏出水经曝气生物滤池处理后,COD从424 ~ 524 mg/L降至75 ~ 95mg/L.[结论]该方法不仅得到了平均氮含量为21.05%的硫酸铵晶体,而且实现了染料废水的清洁化生产,大幅降低污泥排放量,并为企业创造了一定的经济效益.
[Objective] The research aimed to study a new treatment process for dye wastewater.[Method] For the problems that discharged amount of the sludge was more,and salinity was high in current treatment process of the dye wastewater,we prepared sulphuric acid in the wastewater into ammonium sulfate by using concentration,neutralization,adsorption,decolorization,concentration,crystallization and centrifugation.Meanwhile,distilled water in concentration process was treated by aeration biofilter method.[Result] After treated by new method,average COD of the mother solution declined from 10 557 to 1 123 mg/L,and average removal rate was 89.62%.Via treatment by new method,average nitrogen content of the ammonium sulfate crystal was 21.05%,reaching requirement of the national standard level-one product.After treated by aeration biofilter,COD of the distilled water declined from 424-524 to 75-95 mg/L.[Conclusion] The method not only got ammonium sulfate crystal with average nitrogen content of 21.05%,but also realized clean production of the dye wastewater.Discharged amount of the sludge sharply declined,and certain economic benefit was created for enterprise.
